1. पीसी (पर्सनल कंप्यूटर) के द्वारा बैकअप लेने के लिए -

अगर आपको फोन में सेव वीडियो और पिक्‍चर का बैकप लेना है तो इसके लिए आपके पास डेटा केबल होनी चाहिए।

अब आपको करना क्या है सबसे पहले तो अपने स्मार्टफोन को डेटा केबल की मदद से पीसी से कनेक्‍ट कीजिये, इसके बाद आप अपने पीसी के मायॅ कंप्‍यूटर में जाइये वहाँ आपको एक और ड्राइव दिखने लगेगी जैसे पेन ड्राइव या फिर हार्डड्राइव कनेक्‍ट करने पर दिखती है।

अब आप उस ड्राइव आईकॉन पर क्लिक करें ड्राइव में क्ल्कि करने के बाद आपको DCIM नाम का फोल्‍डर मिलेगा जिसके अंदर दूसरे फोल्‍डर होंगे और उसमें वीडियो फोल्‍डर या फिर पिक्‍चर फोल्‍डर में जाकर सेव वीडियो पिक्‍चर कॉपी करके अपने पीसी में एक जगह सेव कर लें।

2. गूगल बैकअप की मदद से
अगर आप गूगल बैकप की मदद से अपने डेटा का बैकप लेना चाहते हैं तो इसके लिए सबसे पहले फोन की सेटिंग में जाएं। सेटिंग में जाने के बाद आपको वहाँ Personal, Backup का ऑप्‍शन दिखेगा उस पर क्लिक करें।

अब Accounts & Sync ऑप्‍शन को सलेक्‍ट करें और अपना जीमेल का अकाउंट सेलेक्ट करें अगर आपने अपने फोन में जीमेल अकाउंट लॉग इन नहीं किया है तो लोग इन करें। अब आपके फोन का बैकप आपकी मेल में सेव हो जाएगा। इसकी मदद से आप कहीं भी अपने फोन का बैकप सेव कर सकते हैं।

3. विंडो मोबाइल का बैकअप

अगर आपके पास विंडो मोबाइल है और आप उसका बैकअप लेना चाहते हैं तो इसके लिए आपको सबसे पहले अपने पीसी में Windows Mobile Device Center डाउनलोड करना होगा।

यह बिलकुल फ्री में डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं। वहीं अगर आप विंडो एक्‍पी ओएस प्रयोग कर रहे हें तो इसके लिए ActiveSync सॉफ्टवेयर डाउनलोड करें ये दोनों ही सॉफ्टवेयर माइक्रोसॉफ्ट की साइट में मिल जाएंगे। इसके द्वारा आप अपने विंडो फोन में सेव कलेंडर, फोटो और दूसरे कंटेंट का बैकप ले सकते हैं। अपने पीसी में ये सॉफ्टवेयर इंस्‍टॉल करने के बाद अपने विंडो फोन को कनेक्‍ट करें और सारा डेटा सिंक कर लें।

4. आईफोन का बैकअप

अगर आप आईफोन इस्तेमाल करते हैं और आप उसका बैकप लेना चाहते हैं तो इसके लिए आईट्यून में जाकर अपने फोन को सिंक कर सकते हैं जैसे विंडो फोन में आपने बैकप लिया था वैसे ही अपने पीसी में आईट्यून इंस्‍टॉल करें और आईफोन कनेक्‍ट करने के बाद बैकप सेव कर सकते हैं।

Step 1. Run the program and connect your Android device to your computer

Download, install and run the program on your computer. Connect your Android device to the computer.

Step 2. enable USB debugging

Step 3. Scan your Android device

Before the scan, click "Next" button on the program's window to choose file type to scan.
Note: Before you start, please make sure that the battery is more than 20%.

In the next window, you can select the file types "Gallery", click "Next", then you can select the scanning mode that's right for you: "Standard mode" or "Advanced mode".

After analyzing your device, you can scan your device for lost photos, messages, contacts and video now. Now, you have to go back to your device to click the "Allow" button on the screen to enable the computer to scan you phone for lost data.

Step 4. Preview and restore photos from Android

After scanning, the window will show you all the data found. You can preview all your pictures, as well as contacts and messages in the scan result. Then mark the data you want to restore and click "Recover" button to save them on your computer.
