Chaat Masala : 1/2 Khane Ke Chamach
Dahi : 1 Pao

Dahi Bhalla Banane Ka Tarika Tarkeeb :

Aik piyale mein besan, khane ka soda, namak, aur katti hui lal mirch daal kar mix kar lain aur pani daal kar garha mixture bana lain. Ab garam tail mein baray ki shakl mein daal kar fry kar lein. Sunheri rang ki ho jane per karahi se nikal kar pani mein daal dein taa ke tail nikal jaye aur naram ho jayen. Dahi phaint lain, namak, katti hui lal mirch, chaat masala aur cheeni daal kar mix kar lein. Baray halke hath se nichor kar dahi mein daal dein. Lemon Ka Ras : 3 Khane Ke Chamach
Maida : 2 Khane Ke Chamach
Cheeni : 2 Cup
Pani : 3 Cup


Rasgulla Making Recipe in Hindi Sweets Banane Ki Vidhi Hindi Me Rasgulla Ki Tarkeeb :

Doodh garam karen jab ubal aane lage to lemon ka rus daal kar hilain. Paanch minute pakne dain ke doodh achi tarah phat jaye. Isay 10 minutes tak thanda hone dain. Iss doran cheeni aur pani fry pan mein daal kar paka lain ke sheera tayar ho jaye. Ab phate doodh ko malmal ke kapde mein daal kar opar pani daalain ke lemon ka khata pan nikal jaye aur phir achi tarah nichod lain. Paneer ko bowel mein daal kar iss mein maida mix kar ke hath se 7 se 8 minute tak maslain. Ab chote balls bana lain, balls banate waqat iss bat ka khas dhyan rakhen ke balls mein koi crack na ho warna ras gulle phat jaen ge aur badnuma shakal ke bane ge. Ab in ko sheere mein daal kar dhak dain aur 10 mint tak taiz aanch per pakain aur phir 5 minutes tak halki aanch per pakne dain. Sheere se nikal kar thanda kar ke paish karen.
